Lana MCF 2021 hEAD.jpg

Lana Mustafa,Executive Director

Lana began working as Executive Director at MCF after starting her homestead in Clifton, where she and her family grow a bountiful garden every season. She is also a backyard chicken/beekeeper. As a kid, she always felt a strong sense of connection with nature, and began gardening at the young age of 7! She has maintained that love, which has developed into an ever-lasting fascination with the complexities and interconnectedness of this planet and society. She loves sharing what she knows, and is always looking to gain knowledge from others! She has three children who constantly remind her how important it is to remain curious! According to her, it's imperative that we help children maintain that curiosity and connection to nature, and here at MCF we take that seriously. We know all it takes is a seed planted into their hearts! We are the future, and it's time we all worked together to make sure that future is good!

Satoni Zaccaro,

Farm Manager

Satoni has a background in early childhood education and has been teaching for 7 years. She started her farming journey in 2021 and hopes to continue to advance the diversity in the agriculture industry. “I hope to see more Asian-Americans and other minorities in this industry that make culturally relevant and diverse crops, as well as finding that reconnection to growing our own foods. Food is love and comfort and everyone needs access to that.“ She is passionate about social justice, access to green space, and equity in the food and environmental world. She loves spending time with her partner and their two pitbulls.

Wolfgang smith,

Education coordinator

Wolfgang started working with MCF as an intern in the Summer of 2023 and loved it so much he ended up shifting his career focus to environmentalism. He has a background in art education, but has always been passionate about issues facing the environment and believes strongly in the necessity of providing children with access to outdoor learning experiences. Wolfgang hopes to give youth the same opportunities to connect with nature and the food system that MCF has provided him, as he sees it as the first step in creating a world where we treat the Earth and its people with the care they deserve. He is deeply committed to ideals of social justice and equity in all areas of life, but especially in food and land access. In his spare time, he loves to hike with his partner and attempt to convince his cat to go on walks.

Bridget Allison,

Farm stand manager

Bridget started with MCF in 2022 as an AmeriCorps member. She completed two terms with AmeriCorps, before being onboarded as Farm Stand Manager in the fall of 2023. She has a background in Nutrition and Food Science, as well as Public Health, which has driven her to continue to spread awareness on how our health and the environment are connected. Bridget hopes to aid the community by putting healthy, sustainable food back into it. In her spare time, Bridget loves going hiking with her husky, Balto, as well as painting, traveling, and going on adventures.
