Each season staff work with organizations and Universities to offer internship opportunities for young adults. Students come to us from Montclair State University, Rutgers University, Essex County Vocational Schools, as well as other locations. Students work along side our farm staff and education staff to support our varying projects, including maintaining our two farm sites, our mobile farm stand, educational programming, social media, and fundraising efforts.
